We offer a free inspection after reviewing your 3rd party mold report to determine the specific needs appropriate for the best indoor air quality results.  Once the physical inspection is completed, a detailed proposal will be delivered and explained.

 

For the inspection, we use the following:

 

• Flir Infrared Camera to determine and track where the damaging moisture ordinates from and formulate the correct protocols.

• GE Protimeter to check humidity and moisture content in materials.

• Hygiena ATP Monitor for quality control.  ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) is an organic molecule that is used by living cells as their main source of energy.  Reading the results determines if all surfaces have been decontaminated.
